These terms apply when you use Crewnicle, run by TASVE. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to use Crewnicle.
- Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Give a real email address so we can contact you about your account.
Your content
- You own the stories, photos and messages you post.
- You let us store and display them to the people you choose (your crew, or everyone for public stories), only to run Crewnicle.
- Only post photos and stories you have the right to share, and respect the privacy of the people in them.
What is not allowed
- Harassment, hate, threats, or sexual content involving anyone without consent, or any minor.
- Posting other people's private information without their permission.
- Illegal content, spam, or trying to break or misuse the service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
The service
Crewnicle is provided as it is, while we keep improving it. We may change or pause features. Please keep your own copies of photos that matter to you. To the extent the law allows, TASVE is not liable for indirect losses from using the service.
Leaving
You can stop using Crewnicle at any time. To delete your account, email varunkandukuri776@gmail.com. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
